Every build includes hosting, SSL and business email, and we register your domain in your name (registration billed separately). The care plan starts the day your site goes live and covers hosting, security, backups and the ongoing work. It is required for the first 12 months, then keeps renewing on its own cycle — cancel any time after that.

Do I need hosting, website design, or both?+
Choose web hosting if you already have a website or want to build and manage it yourself. Choose website design if you want us to create your site. Our website packages include hosting through their required care plan, so you do not need to buy a separate hosting plan for that site. Domain registration is billed separately.
How much does web hosting cost?+
Shared web hosting starts at $9.99 per month when billed monthly. Monthly, quarterly and yearly options are available; the hosting plans show the full amount for each billing period. Every shared plan includes SSL, professional mailboxes, on-demand backups and free website migration. Website design and domain registration are separate services.
What does a website cost?+
There are four packages and we price them per business, because a five-page site for a welder and a twenty-page site with ads running behind it are not the same job. Ask for pricing and we email you all four, priced in full. It takes a minute and nobody calls you. Every build also carries a care plan, required for the first 12 months and renewing on its own cycle after that; the email prices that too.
Really — I don’t pay until I’ve seen it?+
Really. We build your actual website and put it on the internet. You open it on your own phone and walk through it. Like it, we launch it and you pay for the build. Don’t, and you owe nothing and we take it down. No deposit, nothing to sign before you have seen it, no “design fee” to get started. When you do say yes, the build is charged once and the care plan runs its first 12 months.
How long does website design take?+
Usually inside a week from the day you send us your details. Bigger builds — a photo shoot, a store, twenty pages — take longer, and we tell you how much longer before we start, not after.
Do I own it?+
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the site is yours, and the code goes with you. If you ever decide to move somewhere else we hand the whole thing over and help you land it. We don’t hold anybody’s website hostage.
Can you move my existing site here?+
Yes. Every shared hosting plan includes free website migration. We review your existing setup, move the files and databases, and test the site with you before coordinating the DNS switch. Contact us before cancelling your current hosting so we can plan the move, including any email migration you need.
What if I need a change later?+
