What does a website cost?

Four packages, $900–$2,900 for the build, charged once. Most trade businesses land on Pro at $1,400. That covers the whole site — design, the writing, every page, the forms, business email, and getting you set up on Google. After launch there is a care plan that covers hosting, SSL, security and the ongoing work; it is billed separately, required for the first 12 months and month to month after that, and every package’s plan is listed on the pricing page. Really — I don’t pay until I’ve seen it?

Accepted Answer

Really. We build your actual website and put it on the internet. You open it on your own phone and walk through it. Like it, we launch it and you pay for the build. Don’t, and you owe nothing and we take it down. No deposit, nothing to sign before you have seen it, no “design fee” to get started. When you do say yes, the build is charged once and the care plan runs its first 12 months.

How long does it take?

Usually inside a week from the day you send us your details. Bigger builds — a photo shoot, a store, twenty pages — take longer, and we tell you how much longer before we start, not after.

Do I own it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the site is yours, and the code goes with you. If you ever decide to move somewhere else we hand the whole thing over and help you land it. We don’t hold anybody’s website hostage.

Can you move my existing site here?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it’s free. We copy the site, the files and the email, test all of it on our end, and only switch your domain over once everything checks out — so your site never goes dark in the middle of the move. Most moves are done in one business day.

What if I need a change later?

Accepted Answer

Call or email and it gets done. Every care plan above the entry package includes free site edits each month; anything bigger than an edit we quote before we touch it. There is no ticket queue and no change-request form — (520) 309-5786 reaches the person who built your site.
