How does domain registration work?+
Search for the name you want above. When live pricing is available, choose Buy now, review the domain and price, and complete payment. If you see Request registration instead, send us a request and we’ll confirm availability and pricing, then send a secure payment link before registration. We manage registration and DNS for you. A search result does not reserve the name; registration must complete first.
How long does a domain transfer take?+
Most transfers complete in about 5–7 days. You unlock the domain at your current registrar, grab the authorization (EPP) code, and start a transfer request from our transfer page. We’ll review transfer eligibility and coordinate DNS with you to keep your website and email connected during the move.
What is WHOIS privacy and do I need it?+
Privacy protection limits the personal contact details shown in public domain registration lookups. What can be hidden depends on the domain ending and its registry. We include WHOIS privacy free wherever the registry allows it.
Will my price jump at renewal?+
No. Unlike registrars that lure you in with a cheap first year and then spike the renewal, our pricing is flat — the rate you register at is the rate you renew at. Auto-renew reminder emails go out before each renewal, and you can renew for multiple years up front to lock in your name.
Is my domain really mine?+
Yes — it’s yours. We register and manage the domain for you as part of your service, and any time you ask we’ll move it into your own name or to any registrar you like. We believe your name, your content, and your data should always be yours to take with you (we just work hard to make sure you never want to).
