Built for business

Your name on every conversation

Keep your business identity consistent, use the mail apps you prefer, and get help with the setup.

Customers trust it

Use the same business name on your website, invoices, and email. A recognizable address helps customers know who they are speaking with.

Authentication configured for you

We configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so receiving services can verify mail sent from your domain. Authentication supports delivery and helps protect your name from impersonation.

Works on every device

Connect a compatible mail app using IMAP to keep messages and folders in sync across devices. POP access is also available if your setup needs it.

Webmail included

On a borrowed computer or a new phone? Log in from any browser and your full mailbox, calendar, and contacts are right there.

Free migration

Already have email somewhere else? We’ll move it.

We help move your messages and folders from a provider with IMAP access, then coordinate your domain’s email settings. We’ll review contacts, calendars, and any special requirements with you before the move.

FAQ

Email questions, answered

Can I keep using the mail app I already have?+
Yes. Our mailboxes speak standard IMAP and POP, so they work in Apple Mail, Outlook, the Gmail app, Thunderbird, and anything else that can add an email account. We’ll send you the settings, or set it up with you over the phone.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?+
Absolutely — professional email works with any domain you own, whether it’s registered with us or elsewhere. We’ll add the required DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for you. Don’t have a domain yet? Find one here.
How does the free migration work?+
Tell us where your mail lives today (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, another host’s webmail — anywhere with IMAP access) and we copy your messages and folders over to your new mailboxes, then coordinate the DNS switch with you. Keep the old service active until we verify your migrated mail and new delivery. We’ll confirm any requirements for contacts or calendars before the move.
What about spam?+
Every mailbox includes spam and virus filtering. Our team can help you review filtering settings and troubleshoot messages that are missing or incorrectly marked as spam.
Do I need this if I already have web hosting?+
Our shared Web Hosting plans already include professional mailboxes. Check your hosting allowance first. Standalone email is useful when your website is hosted elsewhere or you need the storage and features offered here.
How many mailboxes do I need?+
Pricing is per mailbox, so start with what you’ll actually use — you@ and maybe info@ — and add more anytime. Aliases and forwarders (like sales@ pointing at your main inbox) don’t require separate mailboxes on the Business plan.

Give your business its own email address

Tell us your domain, how many people need mail, and where your email is hosted today. We’ll help you choose a plan and coordinate the setup.
