The fine print
- Pay once — you own it for life. The build is a one-time fee and the finished website, its content and its code are yours outright, to keep or take elsewhere whenever you like. The care plan is what keeps it hosted, secured and looked after.
- Care plans: every package includes one, and every one is billed on each package’s own cycle — Premium’s is $77/year. Hosting, SSL, security, backups and monitoring are included in every care plan.
- The care plan is a required 12-month term on every new build. After those 12 months it continues on that same cycle and you can cancel any time before the next renewal. No cancellation fee, no penalty.
- The Elite + care plan is campaign management only; ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to Google/Meta ($500+/mo recommended).
- The 50% off applies to the one-time build fee only; care plans are not discounted. Promotional pricing is time-limited, and the rate shown when you approve your build is the rate you pay.
- Domain registration is always billed separately.

Fair questions, straight answers
How can the demo really be free?+
Because we’re confident in the work. We build sites every week on infrastructure we own, so a demo costs us a little time — and it’s the fastest way to earn your trust. You see exactly what you’d be paying for before you pay for it. If it’s not a fit, we part as friends and you owe nothing.
Why show the price at all?+
Because you don’t pay it until you’ve seen your finished site on your own phone. The number is on the page so you can compare all four packages before you talk to anybody, work out which one fits, and know exactly what you’re deciding about. We still build first. If the site isn’t right, you walk away and you owe nothing.
How long does a build take?+
We’ll reach out within one business day of your request. Your site is normally ready in 24–72 hours, depending on your project’s depth. We keep developing it for as long as you want on our ongoing care plans, with consistent development as your needs change.
Do I own my site and domain?+
Yes — outright. The domain is registered to you and the website is yours. We’re not in the business of holding your own site hostage. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
What does the care plan cost, and how long am I committed?+
The build fee is a one-time charge. After that, each package runs on its own care plan — Premium $77/year, Pro $77/month, Elite $177/month, Elite + $777/month + ad spend. Premium’s is a light hosting-and-care plan; Pro, Elite and Elite + add ongoing work (posts, blogs, review replies, social, ads). The care plan covers hosting, SSL, security, backups and support. It is required for the first 12 months on every new build, and continues on that same cycle after that unless you cancel. There is nothing else to pay beyond it, except Elite +’s ad spend, which goes to the ad platforms. Domain registration is always billed separately — grab one on our domains page.
Will the price change on me?+
No surprises. The number on this page is the number on your invoice — it doesn’t creep up between the demo and the bill, and care plans are never quietly marked up. You see the build fee and the care plan together, in writing, before anything is charged. The 50% off is time-limited and applies to the build fee only, and the rate shown when you approve your build is the rate you pay.
Can I upgrade packages later?+
Anytime. Start with Premium and move up to Pro, Elite, or Elite + whenever you’re ready for more — you just pay the difference on the build and switch to the new care plan. No penalties, no rebuild from scratch.
